To wear:
Decide where you would like the cross-over of the wrap (front or back).
Cross-over at the front - start at the back.
Place the centre of the wrap on the centre of your back, wrap over your shoulders and
cross the arms over so you put your hand in the opposite sleeve.
Pull the sleeves up so they sit firmly and adjust the drape of the wrap as desired.
